If you can be aware of maintaining your physical balance with your age, height and weight it would be much beneficial in your overall health.

Generally people seem to be worried only when a doctor suggests about their overweight. When the weight of the body becomes a problem and if you feel it is a major cause for your disease, you are much worried and take measures to reduce your weight.

It is not the same fact with everyone, because some of them are really quiet careful about their weight. They keep involving workouts, Gym, Yoga, Aerobics, daily brisk walk or jagging, treadmill, abdominal workouts and proper weight loss diet. This is not followed by every one of us. Of course if we can do it we can be safe from any diseases and look better and enjoy the life still in a better way.

Even today, you can see people around you are not able to walk comfortably and do their daily works easily. The child obesity is another major problem. The US is too badly affected with child obesity. It is an alarming situation if you look those who are in course of child obesity. They are not able to walk properly. The major cause seems to be their wrong life style. Bad eating habits and many more you can add.

It is happy news that many ladies are concerned with their body shape. It involves with their weight too. The good structure needs you to keep yourself fit. Regular exercise and proper control with your eating habits needs more attention. Heredity too plays a role in your weight. Like Japanese people are lesser height to compare with Americans or Africans. So, if you want to measure yourheight and weight and try to suggest people or implement to yourself think it properly if it can be suitable to you.
