There are many ways for teens to make money these days. Our society has come a long way over the past few years and teens have a lot of opportunities to earn a little extra pocket money, and sometimes large amounts as well.

There are many options for teens to make money. One is that teens in high school could take up internships at companies. Firms like McDonalds offer summer internship programs for teens in the summer holidays. This job pays well, and gives the teens an insight to what a real job looks like. Not to mention, it looks good on your CV if you have successfully worked at a firm like McD’s before.

Another traditional way for teens to make money is to do summer jobs like typing work, gardening, swimming instructions etc depending on your skills. Though such jobs are available everywhere, they do not pay very well. They should only be taken if you are in desperate need of cash for emergency purposes as these kind of jobs pay less and require a lot of time.

Another upcoming way for teens to make money is by writing articles on the internet. If you have a flair for writing and have a couple of hours free everyday, you can easily earn upwards of $150 dollars a week as good writers are in demand these days.
