I’ve read your article and have a question. Can I lose 40 pounds in 29 days? I weigh 140 and want to weigh 100 by the time school starts. Can you help me?

Dear Cosette de Liocnourt, You could try by reducing on eat fat, junk food. Eat many Vegetables than before, Reduce the portion of your dinner, you could replace with Bread and Low fat milk, And try to drink Green Tea every Day, And you will get a good result in a month but the result could vary from one person to other, so i could not guarantee you could loss 40 pounds for a month.
