Good physical fitness means to be physically and mentally fit, and for that you have to take up physical fitness exercise. Physical activity and exercise is a must to maintain your body in a good condition. Flexible exercises that help improve your muscles, joint movements.

A regular amount of exercise and activity is required for your body to strengthen and stay fit and healthy. This will help you to live longer than you would otherwise do.
These tests are performed help you work on any of the five specific areas -cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility and body composition.
