The main and the basic task to reach your fitness mantra are by doing physical exercises. But still you will find it difficult with so many excuses and reason. Let’s take most common of them?
“I feel very much tired”- The simple reason behind this is that you do not have good fitness level. But stamina, endurance and strength don’t takes too long to increase. So go ahead and start doing exercise and this excuse will never be in your way.
“Would prefer to loose weight first”- The best way to achieve this is by doing any extra physical activities. This happens in the way that the calories in our body are burned by increasing the metabolism which is the rate at which body burns fuel. Thus more fat will be burned and you loose weighting desire can be easily reached.
“Being very much out of shape”- Don’t think that the things will be achieved at an instant. Getting your body into shape takes time as thus a small or big business need to get itself establish. So wake up and start away from where you are as some day some time you need to take the first step. Every week makes it a habit to increase your physical activities if not much then little would be enough. Within a particular time period you will find comparably leaner, stronger, slimmer, and energetic.
“Everything lost due to discontinuity”- Its really worst thing to deal when it comes to discontinuity in any case. Thus missing a day, a week in your exercise helps same amount of calories to get back in your body as you have burned them in those days. Thus being regular, consistent for long term would really help you.
So always keep a habit to counter negative thoughts into positive ones. Say “I love to do exercise as that keeps me fit and calm” instead of saying “exercise is too boring” or “exercise is same as an office work for me whom I always tends to avoid”.
There are still more excuses –I m too young, too old, too busy, too tired, very much fit and so on. Remember exercise don’t depend on age. It just depends on your will power.
