Simple explanation:- You go and take a meal and also drink 2 glass of spirit and take 3 glass of wine. What happened then is your calorie will increase to 800 to 1200 because of that. The entire three courses that you take will make you get 1500 calorie for your body. All the calorie will turn into “acetate energy” and then will become store in body as a fat is not in use. This process will over and over again because of your lifestyle and eating. You should change it in order to reduce your weight.
So this would be enough to explain why prohibiting alcohol is must when you are really serious about losing your weight.
