How do you Know If You Are On Right Track of Becoming Anorexia? Here are Some Quick Check Anorexia Symptoms

The most common symptoms of anorexia are given below for your attention, if you are a self-starving person.
(1)If your body weight is low i.e. if the weight is less than 85% of the normal weight for your height and age
(2)If you are frightened to become obese even you are losing weight
(3)If you feel that you are fat even when you are at underweight or if you have a distorted view of your own body weight, size and shape
(4)Refuses to maintain your minimum normal body weight
(5)Absence of three menstrual cycles without any other cause, if you are a female
(6)Excessive physical activity is another symptom for you being anorexic
(7)Another symptom of anorexia is to avoid the feelings of hunger even if you are hungry
(8)You will be anorexic, if you have bizarre eating behaviors
(9)If you are preoccupied with food preparation

Common physical symptoms associated with anorexia as a result of starvation and malnutrition, you will have the following problems:
(1)Dry skin when pinched and released, stays pinched
(2)Dehydrated
(3)Abdominal pain
(4)Constipation
(5)Lethargy
(6)Fatigue
(7)Cannot tolerate cold temperatures
(8)Emaciation
(9)Development of fine, downy body hair
(10) Yellow skin

    That was quite bad. Especially “You will be anorexic, if you have bizarre eating behaviors”. Bizarre eating doesn’t MAKE you anorexic, nor do you even constitute what ‘bizarre’ is. Furthermore “If you feel that you are fat even when you are at underweight or if you have a distorted view of your own body weight, size and shape”. Let;s just say it’s an oxymoron - if you don’t know you’re thin, you don’t know you’re thin.

    i dont think this was bad at all. i think you are jealous andres, because you either a) enjoy thinking you have control voer yourself but this obviously proves otherwise, or b) your a parent pissed off at there child because you discovered pro-anorexia websites on their computer history and are not bothering to actually understand their lifestyle choice. I think this was a great article.
