It is important to have healthiest diet to lead healthy life. Particularly breakfast should be very healthy, because this is the starter for the fresh day. So you have to consume most of the nutritious foods in your regular breakfast.

If you don’t have time to have your breakfast, just have some fresh fruits, dry nuts and cereals, single cup of low fat milk, boiled egg or yogurt to compensate your healthy breakfast.

Prefer the most easiest and healthy breakfast such as roasted cereals and grains, whole grain cookies, low fat milk and yogurt, graham cookies and air crack popcorns with fewer amount of salt oatmeal cookies. This kind of food variety can fulfill your entire requirement of nutritious breakfast.

It is suggested to avoid junk foods like burgers, rolls and pizzas containing high sugar and fat contents. Also you can avoid snacks like wafers, cakes, chips and pastries. It is also important to avoid foods that contain saturated and trans fat in high level, excess salt, sugar and butter as these foods can lead to some major health problems. Berries: Berries are playing major role in many health related problems. It is important to consume berries in large amount during summer. Strawberries are best to have through out the year and strawberries with stem can be preserved for more than one year with or without added sugar. The berries like strawberries, blue berries and black berries are very effective to increase your immunity power during summer and also help to prevent cancer, heart related problems and circulatory problems.

Watermelon: It is a very important fruit to control your thirst in summer. The content of vitamin C, iron, beta-carotene, lycopene, pectin and potassium is very high in watermelon.

Pineapples: Apart from essential vitamins and minerals, you can get bromelain, an enzyme that helps a lot in digestion.

Apricots: Apricots can be used as both fresh and dry. Fresh apricots are the best sources of iron, potassium, vitamin C, fiber and beta-carotene. Dryfruits are very good for fluid preservation.

Mangoes and papayas: Having plenty of mangoes will help you to store vitamin A for long period. Papayas and mangoes are the exceptional basis of vitamin A, vitamin C and beta-carotene.

Apart from these fruits, it is advised to drink fresh fruit juices and avoid drinking of preservative drinks with added sugar.
