They then are unable to perform the bowel movement without its help. One should better avoid any herbal weight loss product that contains Senna.
Chromium picolinate
Chromium picolinate is an artificial or synthetic compound which is mixed in the herbal weight loss products. Chromium is good for the regulation of blood sugar level. But if this ingredient is consumed in the high quantity, it like Senna also leads to dehydration.
St. John’s Wort
St. John’s wort enhances the production of certain chemical in the brain. If the herbal weight loss product containing St. John’s Wort is not used in a proper way it may lead to skin, eye sensitivity, fatigue, itching and gastrointestinal distress.
