It is a common behavior among the people that when they know of someone getting affected with HIV/AIDS, they will never get close to him. Most of them are of the view that they may also get infected with such a contagious disease if they even walk near the person affected with it. People infected with HIV are left alone due to lack of knowledge of other people about HIV as they hesitate in meeting people affected with HIV.

Here comes the importance of socioeconomic and cultural factors in health to get people familiarize with the possible modes of transmission of HIV. It is very important for all of us to know the ways through which one can get affected by HIV. The most crucial fact about HIV transmission is that it is never transmitted through the air or through insect bites. In fact, you can continue to work with the people infected with HIV in the same way as you can do with other people which are not affected with it. The exchange of bodily fluids among human beings is the major cause of this disease spreading exponentially all around the world. These bodily fluids include blood, semen, vaginal secretions and semen.

Whenever an HIV infected body is involved in a sexual activity like anal intercourse with a human body, not affected with HIV, by having direct contact between them, HIV virus is transmitted to the other body with the secretion of semen or vaginal secretion. Other sources of HIV are the needles which are used to inject drugs. If a needle has been used once for its desired purpose, if the same needle is used for other patients, it can transmit HIV to the other person in the case if the first person was a HIV victim.

Transfusion of blood from one person to other is another source of HIV infection. If a mother is HIV infected, she can transmit this dangerous disease to her baby while it is still in the uterus. If the mother is affected with HIV after giving birth to the baby, she can still transmit HIV to the baby through breast feeding. HIV can also be transmitted through the surgical instrument used during dental surgery. The possibility of HIV infection for anyone is inevitable if he is not conscious of the adverse effects it may have on one’s personal life. No one has the temerity to doubt the fact that HIV/AIDS has turned into such an incurable disease which science has not been able to control for the last two decades. To add to that, no quick method or technology has been developed to get immediate good results for the person infected with HIV.

Although the vaccines used are elusive and very expensive but still millions of people become the victim of sudden death after infection of HIV. Although it is almost impossible for a person infected with HIV to get cured but it is possible for everyone to refrain from the actions that lead towards the infection of HIV.

Many of us have heard a lot and know very much about different incurable diseases but AIDS is such a disease which arises several questions in the person’s mind. What is HIV? What is AIDS? Are HIV and AIDS same thing or different? How AIDS originates? How can we stay safe from getting infected with AIDS? Is it possible to get cured after getting infected with HIV? These are the questions which most of people ask about when they hear names of such killer diseases. It is very important to know the exact meanings and functions of the two abbreviations which are HIV and AIDS.

HIV & AIDS are the two terms used interchangeably for an untreatable disease which can take the person affected by it to death in short time. AIDS stands for Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome. Among most people, it is considered to be a single distinct disease which is not the case. Actually, it is a disorder characterized by a severe suppression of the immune system. This immune system causes the human body to catch various cancers, infections and diseases which are hard to get away with. On the other hand, HIV is the name given to a virus called Human Immunodeficiency Virus which causes AIDS. The main devastation it causes is to infect the white blood cells in human body. White blood cells are the species in human body that fight against every disease and viruses which humans encounter in their daily life.

The function of these white cells is to clear the disease-causing substances from human body. Whenever someone is affected with flu, pneumonia, malaria, influenza or any such kind of viral disease, these white cells combat the viral diseases. These white cells allow the person to get cure from these viral infections and get healthy again. If someone is suffering from severe illness, he can get cured without taking any medicine if his white blood cells are functioning properly. Someone is having a scar or he is wounded severely, white blood cells will be there to heal the wounds and scars. If the white blood cells are active and doing their function correctly, the person lives a healthy life, but once they stop their functioning then it is very difficult for a person to get healthy again.

The amount of these white blood cells present in blood is very small and when someone is infected with HIV, his white blood cells start disappearing from the blood. The reduction in the white blood cells reduces the chances of a person to combat any type of disease he encounters. Thus as more diseases attack the person the weaker the person becomes and ultimately reaches the death stage in very short time. When HIV attacks a person, it directly attacks the white blood cells resulting the person to become weaker and weaker as the person is infected with other disease also. The last stage of HIV is named as AIDS when the immune system of the patient affected with it is more deteriorated and there is no way of getting it repaired.

When these Bulging discs are healthy they act as a shock absorber but when they are damaged they may bulge or break open and this is called Herniated Disc. It is also called Bulging of disc. So one should always take a proper care so as to keep them away from this Bulging disc or Herniated Disc problems. Let us first talk about things which lead to these Herniated Disc problems.

 1. The major thing which leads to have a Herniated Disc problem is the wear and tear of your disc as it grows old. This is the major problem which is seen in old age peoples. So one should have an extra care of their Spines so as to keep themselves away from this Herniated Disc or Bulging Disc problems.
2. The next thing which may cause this problem even in the early ages is due to severe injury. Due to this spinal injury, jell which fills the disc may flow out leading to Bulging of disc or herniated Disc. Never neglect any of the back injury in vain as this taken so may lead to severe cause like Herniated or Bulging of the Disc.
3. Another thing which is seen common among the people who lead to this Herniated or Bulging disc problem is to put lot of load on your spines or back. Avoid doing that as this may leads to damaging your spines severely and can lead to herniated Disc problem. Always be very much carefully not to apply full load which you are lifting to your spines but try to bend and transfer the load to you knees rather.

These are the some basic things which one should or always take in mind about the Spines or your Vertebra. This is because these Spines are most sensitive part of your body and ones if damaged its hard to recover from it.
