Aromatherapy with jasmine, sandalwood and lavender oil can release your anxiety level.

You might be aware that proper food can bring strength to your nervous system. If your muscles do not have good strength you might feel low energetic. You need to care your health with fresh vegetables and fruits. Reduce the intake of alcohol and coffee and fried food items. Instead you can go for boiled vegetables that is steamed one. You can take soups and drink plenty of milk too.

You can go for a walk or take bath when you are feeling anxiety. It is also advised to get counseling, you can get mixed with your good friends and join with some sports activity. Generally, games can make you to get refreshed from tension.
